General Manager-PMG Indiana Corporation-Columbus,
IN-Directs the organization's operations, including human resources
development, sales activities, financial planning, material and supply
activities, manufacturing operations, and accounting practices.
Leads all staff in NAFTA Powertrain Organization to ensure EBT and
sales growth goals are met. Plans, develops, organizes, implements,
directs and evaluates the organization's fiscal function and performance.
Participates in the development of the corporation's plans and programs
as a strategic partner. Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range
planning, introduction of new programs/strategies. Analyzes budgets,
financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the Board
and senior executives in performing their responsibilities. Enhances
and/or develops, implements and enforces policies and procedures of
the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall
operation and effectiveness of the corporation. Reports through
progress reports to parent company. Works closely with Board of
Directors on company development to ensure that established goals
and solutions to business challenges are being met. Leads Portfolio
Optimization Team and Sales development for NAFTA initiative. Req.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering field and 10 years
experience in managing the manufacturing process and product design
optimization of powder metal process products for the automobile
parts industry. Knowledge of NAFTA sales regulations with respect
to automobile parts industry necessary. Requires extensive experience
in dealing with Japanese and European automotive customers and
